Wie ihr schon wisst, stricke ich wieder mal eine große Tischdecke namens "Valde".
Nun habe ich viele Socken und so'n Zeug gestrickt und wollte auch mal an der Tischdecke weiterstricken. Das habe ich getan und nun hier ein kleines Update.
As you all know I am knitting a big table-cloth called "Valde".
Since I have been knitting lots of socks lately, I just wanted to make some progress with that huge thing. So I have been knitted on it and here we go with a little update.
Ich bin gerade fertig mit Runde 119 und habe bereits 544 Maschen auf der Nadel. Für das Foto habe ich sie auf 2 Addi-Nadeln, Länge 100cm, aufgeteilt und auf dem Sofa festgesteckt.
Sie hat jetzt einen Durchmesser von 60 cm.
I just finished round 119 and there are 544 stitches on the needles already. I devided them onto 2 Addi-needles, length 39 inches, and pinned the cloth to the couch.
The table-cloth has now a diameter of 23,5 inches.
Diese Tischdecke hat 289 Runden, wenn sie fertig ist........ich schätze sie wird RIESIG!
This tablecover will have 289 knitted rounds, when it's finished.....
.....so I suppose it is going to be HUGE!

Hm, ja, ne Tischdecke würde ich auch gerne mal stricken, aber ich hab keinen runden Tisch, und die eckigen Decken sehen, finde ich, einfach nicht so schön aus wie die Runden....
